Hello all Oktoberfest followers!

It’s with great disappointment that following some unexpected circumstances this summer which have had a significant impact on our planning, we will be unable to proceed with Octoberfest Worthing 2018. It is very important to us that the inaugural Oktoberfest Worthing is extremely successful and we felt that were the event to proceed this year we wouldn’t be able to deliver an event to the standards that we expect, and that you the customer and the town, deserve.

We are however very happy to announce that Oktoberfest will be happening in Worthing in 2019 and we are currently in discussion with Worthing Borough Council’s events team to ensure our dates and site are secure for next year.

Further to the decision above, we have liaised with our primary ticket seller ‘SEE Tickets’ and have made the necessary arrangements for all customers to receive full refunds (including any/all transaction/additional fees) for all tickets purchased for this years event. You will receive an email from SEE Tickets regarding this and you should expect funds to be returned to you imminently. Customers who have purchased for 2018’s event will also receive the option to purchase a reduced price VIP tickets (with additional perks) to 2019’s event should they wish to do so. A separate email regarding this will be sent to those customers in due course.

SEE tickets preferred method of contact for you is email, so you should take care to check the valid email address you used to book your tickets with and be aware that your email filter settings could treat their emails as spam or direct them to your junk folder. If you have any issues / haven’t received an e-mail from SEE Tickets regarding your refund please contact us on info@oktoberfestworthing.com and we can look into this for you.

The Secret Oktoberfest Worthing 2018 site will be in a central Worthing, approx 15min walk from Worthing Station with quick access to bus & taxi services.

Oktoberfest Fancy Dress & Traditional Bavarian Costumes very much encouraged for the full authentic experience!!

OKTOBERFEST WORTHING 2018 will be spread across 4 days and 5 sessions at a capacity of roughly 800 people attending each session. Oktoberfest Worthing is strictly an 18+ event.

FAQs

Do I need a ticket to attend Oktoberfest?

Yes, purchase tickets in advance via SEE Tickets. You will have the option between e-tickets or physical tickets. Tickets will sell out fast so we recommend to buy in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.

Will I need ID to get into Oktoberfest?

Yes, we operate a Challenge 25 policy so you will need to show valid ID (UK driving license of passport) upon arrival. This event is strictly 18+

How do I get to Oktoberfest?

The festival site will be located in a central worthing location, with an approximate 15 minute walk from Worthing Station and quick access to bus & taxi services. The secret location will be publicly announced closer to the event.

Can I bring my own food & drinks into Oktoberfest?

No, for health and safety reasons we do not allow you to bring in your own food & drinks, alcoholic or otherwise. We will be serving a wide variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Food outlets will also be available, so don’t worry - there’s plenty to go around!

Do you have any group discounts?

Yes, you can purchase a VIP table ticket which admits 10 people to Oktoberfest, a reserved private table, VIP table service and 1 x Oktoberfest Worthing 2018 Beer Stein per person. Ideal for birthdays, stag & hen do’s and corporate events - the more the merrier!

Will there be disabled access?

Yes, the event is easily accessible to all. Guide dogs are allowed into the venue, please get in touch if you need any further assistance info@oktoberfestworthing.com
